THIS NOTICE IS FOR PRE-BOOKED VEHICLE EXHIBITORS 

There will obviously be traffic congestion and slight delays so we urge all PRE-BOOKED vehicle exhibitors to allow enough time for your journey and we invite you to arrive from 8.15AM so we can get you parked up to help ease the traffic congestion and queues on the A413.

Exhibitors coming in from the A418 Leighton Buzzard Wing MK direction , can follow the yellow sign boards along the A418 directing you through Aston Abbots which will allow you straight into the field from Weedon avoiding Aylesbury Traffic.(your satnavs will adjust when you turn off)

THIS NOTICE IS FOR NON-BOOKED VEHICLE EXHIBITORS.  

NON-Booked exhibitors , it will be strictly on a Space permitting basis after 10.00am.

Non booked exhibitors cannot join club stands.

Traders and caterers. You can enter from 6.30am Sunday morning so you can get set up by – all vehicles must be out of the Trade area by 9am if not part of your stand. You will still have until 10am to carry on setting up  until the public gate opens.
